Mindful Nature Expeditions (MiNE)

The outdoors can be a laboratory, a playground, a cathedral and a therapeutic guide!

Mindful Nature Expeditions combine observing nature with mindfulness, creating a practice that incorporates a heightened sense of awareness, both in ourselves and the environment around us. Labeling or identifying species is not the only primary focus, but instead, the intention is also with slowing down and noticing, using nature, including birds, butterflies, trees and flowers and more as our guides. This style of observation invites self reflection and exploration, reciprocity, and an acknowledgment of our physical and emotional responses while within the practice.
